Candidate requirements:

  • Employee: At least 2 years experience at a leading management consultancy, working in hands-on project delivery roles.
  • Contractor: At least 5 years experience working on project delivery, including at least two years experience at a leading management consultancy.
  • Associate: At least 10 years experience working either on project delivery or in a specialist line management role. Should your experience be on project delivery then this experience needs to include a senior management role at a leading management consultancy. Should your experience be as a specialist line manager, then this should include a senior management role in your area of specialisation at a relevant blue-chip company.
