What we do
As practically focused management consultants, what we do is quite simple.
We help deliver your business and technology projects. Whether the project is a strategy project, a system implementation project, a process reengineering project, or a project review our goal is clear. To deliver the project as passionately and as simply as possible.
Never mind the degrees and deep experience. Though that does help. What we aim for on every single project is delivery. Like clockwork. On time. In budget. What you asked for. With real value attached. And to underline our commitment to delivery, we insist on making our fees contingent on getting the job done.
What this makes us then, is a consultancy focused on the delivery of business and technology projects.
We are proudly South African, with a level 3 B-BBEE recognition and 110% contribution level. We work across industries, with a focus on sectors where our people have strong experience, such as financial services, telecommunications, and the public sector.
Our client base includes blue chip companies topping their sector, as well as smaller companies that occupy less time in the press. We look to partner with clients that ha ve a sincere desire to do well and to aim to do even better.
Our history
When we started out more than 5 years ago, our goal was quite straightforward. To simply and effectively deliver business and technology projects, leveraging the hardcore management consulting skills and industry experience our people had built up at multi-national management consultancies across countless projects. This philosophy has remained intact since those early days, helped by a number of blue-chip clients that have bought into our practical, experience-backed, approach to delivering projects.
Why us
Our simple consulting philosophy and practical tools are key to us doing a good job on your projects.
But the value we deliver would not be possible without the passion and experience of our people. Redflankers have typically earned their consulting pedigree at a blue chip management consultancy, and/or their industry stripes at senior levels of companies leading their sectors.
We hire the best people to roll up their sleeves delivering your projects. And our highly experienced project managers and industry specialists ensure that the strong people we assign to your projects translate into great project delivery.
